You can request the deletion of your Play2Win account and related personal data at any time.
1. How to request deletion
Send an email to info@play2winapp.com with the subject "Delete account", from the email address of your account.
2. What is deleted
Your account, profile, scores and ranking, progress and game data linked to the account.
3. What may be retained
Data required by law (e.g. tax records of any purchases or prize awards) is retained for the legally required period, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Completion time
The request is completed within 30 days.
